Returns and Warranty Policy
All HQ Precision, LLC products are 100% guaranteed against defects in original materials and workmanship. If you believe a product is faulty, unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match its description, please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. We will evaluate the product as its manufacturer and determine if repair or replacement is necessary. Normal wear and tear from typical firearm use is not covered under warrantee. Repair, if needed, from normal use wear and tear will be at customer expense. If the product is determined to be faulty or unfit for purpose, we will repair or exchange the product. A refund will only occur if repair or exchange is not possible and the product is unused and unmodified from its original condition. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that HQ Precision, LLC does not warranty products or damage caused by the installation of products from other manufacturers, whether correct or incorrect. Retain your sales receipt with description of firearm as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Firearm Service and Repair
- Firearm Repairs: If your firearm requires repair, ensure it is NOT LOADED before shipping. You can also contact HQ Precision, LLC at sales&service@hqprecision.com.
- Warranty Submission: For repairs or adjustments under warranty, please contact customer service, sales&service@hqprecision.com, for assistance.
Requirements
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact HQ Precision, LLC: Contact sales&service@hqprecision.com with a brief description of the firearm problem or defect. We will provide a form by return email for return of the merchandise.
- Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise returned for refund must be returned in new condition, with its original packaging. See Refund Policy for eligible refund returns. It is understood that products returned for repair may not be in new condition.
- Protective Shipping: Merchandise must be returned in a protective box to prevent damage during transit.

- Refunds will be issued only in the case of shipping the incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item, a product that does not match the description of the product sales order, a full refund including shipping cost will be processed if the original desired product is no longer wanted by the customer. If the customer still desires the original product, a correct replacement product will be shipped to the customer with no shipping fee.
- If the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Refund Method:
- Refunds for products purchased directly from HQ Precision, LLC will be issued to the original payment method.
- For all other refunds, a check will be issued and mailed via USPS.
Documentation:
Please include a copy of your receipt with description of the firearm or the sales order number otherwise refunds will not be issued and repair will be at the owner’s expense.
Refund Timeframe:
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
